We're a family-run farm nestled in the rolling hills of northern Maryland, specializing in pasture-raised poultry, heritage Mulefoot pork, farm-fresh seasonal produce, and small-batch handcrafted baked goods.
Everything we make starts with how the animal is raised and how the ingredient is grown. The Mulefoot is a heritage hog breed known for its rich, complex flavor — and it takes patience to raise one right. We think that patience shows in every bite.
From our blueberry crumb pies to our chorizo breakfast hash, every dish is made with ingredients we raised, grew, or sourced from neighbors we trust. No shortcuts. No compromises.
